With over 33 years of experience as a master hairdresser, Jason Brescia has built a reputation as the “hair architect,” known for his unmatched talent, precision, and creativity. A true visionary in the beauty industry, Jason has owned and operated three highly successful salons, where he has not only perfected his craft but also mentored and trained countless stylists—many of whom have gone on to become leaders in the industry.

His journey has taken him through cities like Rochester, Birmingham, Miami, and Las Vegas. With expertise spanning precision cutting, advanced coloring techniques, and innovative styling, Jason is dedicated to educating his clients on the latest trends and techniques to ensure they leave his chair feeling their absolute best.

Now, as he continues to push the boundaries of his craft, Jason is excited to embark on his next chapter with the grand opening of Brescia Salon in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs, NY. Set to open in winter 2025, Brescia Salon will be a space where artistry, expertise, and innovation come together to create an unparalleled salon experience.

Michaele Brescia is co-owner of Brescia Salon, running the business alongside her husband, Jason. While Jason and the stylists focus on their craft, Michaele keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly.

She’s a seasoned entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience in leadership, operations, and strategic growth. She is the Owner/CEO of Finger Lakes Mediation & Divorce Coaching LLC and Consenso Mediation & Coaching, specializing in mediation, business development, and conflict resolution.

Outside of business, Michaele is a lifelong horse trainer and breeder. She and Jason moved to the Saratoga area to immerse themselves in the equestrian community while building something of their own. She’s also a mother, balancing business, family, and farm life.

Bonnie is a seasoned hairstylist with over 25 years of experience in the industry. She began her journey at Austin Beauty School in Albany, where she honed her craft while assisting at a hair salon and spa. Since then, she has built a thriving career specializing in color, highlighting, balayage, cutting, and styling.

Throughout her career, Bonnie has continuously expanded her expertise through hands-on education with industry leaders like Goldwell and Paul Mitchell. She is certified in Brazilian blowouts and Keratin Complex smoothing treatments and has mastered the art of blowouts, tape-in hair extensions, special occasion updos, and makeup. She also offers facial waxing services, making her a go-to stylist for a full beauty experience.

What Bonnie loves most about her work is the incredible people she’s met over the years. To her, clients aren’t just clients—they’re friends who have become like family. She takes pride in creating styles that make people look and feel their best, always ensuring a warm and welcoming salon experience.

When she’s not behind the chair, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her children and family, indulging in her love for home decorating, and adding to her ever-growing shoe collection. Fun fact: She even taught her English bulldog, Walter, how to skateboard!

With over 20 years of experience behind the chair, Heidi has mastered the art of hair—especially when it comes to blonding and precision haircuts. A Saratoga County native, she has a deep love for her community and an even greater passion for helping clients feel confident and beautiful.

Whether you're looking for the perfect shade of blonde, a fresh new cut, or a stylist who truly listens, Heidi brings skill, creativity, and a touch of fun to every appointment. She believes that great hair isn’t just about the look—it’s about how it makes you feel.

When she’s not behind the chair, Heidi loves spending time with her family and soaking up life in the Capital Region.

With over 20 years of experience in the salon industry, Darcie is a master stylist at Brescia Salon who truly loves all things hair. From cutting and coloring to perming and extensions, she thrives on bringing her clients' hair goals to life. Whether it’s a sleek pixie cut, vibrant rainbow locks, or anything in between, Darcie embraces every challenge with creativity and expertise. She believes that every client deserves a look that’s as unique as they are.

Outside the salon, Darcie loves spending time with her family—whether she’s on a beach vacation or hosting them for lunch in the backyard.
